How to Make a Crypto Withdrawal from SIQO (External Wallet)
Note: This guide is for on-chain withdrawals to external wallets (not within the SIQO platform).

another user’s SIQO account,

1. Open the SIQO app and go to the homepage.
2. Tap on the wallet you wish to withdraw from.
3. Tap Withdraw.
4. Select External Wallet.
5. Choose the token/asset you want to withdraw.
6. Choose the blockchain network that matches the receiving wallet.
7. Enter the wallet address of the receiver. You can also use the QR scanner.
8. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. (Note: Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by token.)
9. (Optional) Add a note for your own reference. This will not be shown to the receiver.
Important! Crypto withdrawals are irreversible. Please double-check:
- The receiving wallet address
- The correct network
- The withdrawal amount
10. Tap Withdraw Now to continue.
11. Select your verification method (e.g. 2FA app or email OTP) and verify the transaction.
12. Once verified, your withdrawal will be processed.

Withdrawal time depends on network traffic. During peak periods, transactions may take longer to complete.
You can monitor your transaction using its TXID on the appropriate blockchain explorer:
- BTC: blockchain.com
- ETH / ERC20: etherscan.io
- TRX / TRC20: tronscan.org
- BNB / BEP20: bscscan.com
- Polygon PoS: polygonscan.com
