Using Asset Delegation in SIQO

Using Asset Delegation in SIQO

The Delegate function lets any SIQO user allocate part of their funds to another SIQO user, allowing them to manage or use those funds based on a pre-set policy and schedule.

Delegating Your Funds as a Delegator

Notes
Note: You can only delegate assets from a Personal Wallet, not from a Multisig Wallet.

1. On the SIQO homepage, select the wallet you wish to delegate from.

2. Tap on “Manage Delegation”.

3. Tap “Create Now” to set up a new delegation.

4. Search for the SIQO user you want to delegate to. A check mark means it’s a valid user. Tap “Next”.

5. On the Policy page:
i. Select the asset(s) to delegate.
ii. Set the withdrawal limit and duration.
iii. (Optional) Use the Whitelist function to restrict withdrawals to specific wallet addresses.
iv. (Optional) Turn on “Approval Required” to manually approve each transaction.

6. Set the expiration date for the delegation (default is “No Expiry”). Tap “Next”.

7. Review your settings and tap “Confirm” to finalize.

8. The delegate user must approve/accept the delegation request first. Once approved/accepted:
i. Go to SIQO homepage → tap “Delegate” under Tasks (look for red dot).
ii. Tap “Delegation Tasks” → go to Inactive tab.
iii. Tap on the delegated wallet → tap the three-dot icon in the top right.
iv. Select “Activate Delegate”, then confirm using 2FA or Email Verification.
v. The delegation status will now show as Active.

Approving a Delegate Request as a Delegatee

1. When someone delegates to you, you’ll get a pop up notification.

2. On the SIQO homepage, tap “Delegate” under Tasks.

3. Tap “Delegation Tasks” → go to the Invite tab.

4. Find the wallet marked “Pending User Approval”, then tap on it.

5. Tap “Approve” to accept.

6. The wallet owner (delegator) must then activate the delegation.

7. Once activated, you can start managing funds based on the assigned limits and policies.

Making a Withdrawal from a Delegated Wallet

1. On the SIQO homepage, go to “Assigned To You” → tap “View Wallet Details”.

2. Select the delegated wallet.

3. Tap “Withdrawal” to proceed.

NotesNote: If “Approval Required” is turned on, your withdrawal will need to be approved by the wallet owner before it is processed
