There are two types of wallet you can create in your SIQO Account:

A. Personal Wallet

A Personal Wallet is a secure, single-user cryptocurrency wallet designed exclusively for individual use. It gives you full and sole control over your digital assets—only you can initiate, approve, or manage transactions from this wallet. No one else has access or the authority to move funds. This wallet is ideal for users who prefer to manage their assets independently without involving others.

Key Features:
  • Controlled and accessed by only one user
  • Best for individual fund management
  • No third-party intervention or shared access
  • You are 100% responsible for the security of your funds

B. Multisig (Multisignature) Wallet

A Multisig (Multisignature) Wallet is a shared wallet that requires multiple users to approve a transaction before it can be executed. It’s ideal for teams, organizations, or groups that need joint control and accountability over funds. You can assign specific permissions and set up rules—such as requiring approval from 2 out of 3 signers (2-of-3)—to ensure transparency and reduce the risk of unauthorized transactions.

Key Features:
  • Shared access with multiple trusted users
  • Requires multiple approvals to execute a transaction
  • Customizable access policies (e.g. 2-of-3, 3-of-5)
  • Adds an extra layer of security through consensus
  • Suitable for businesses, DAOs, and team-based operations
