How to Freeze Your Account
Important: Freezing your account is permanent and cannot be reversed, not even by SIQO administrators. Please think carefully before proceeding.1. Open the SIQO app and tap “Me” at the bottom right.
2. Then tap “General” under the Settings page.
3. In the General Settings, tap “Account Information” to enter your account details page.
4. On your account information page, tap “Close Account.”
5. A warning message will appear. Tap “Close Account” again to confirm.
6. Once confirmed, your account will be immediately closed and you will no longer be able to log in or access it.
