Scenario A: You’re Logged Out and Forgot Your Password
1. Open the SIQO app and go to the Login page.
2. Tap Forgot Password
3. Enter your registered email address or username, then tap Next.
4. Check your email inbox for a 6-digit OTP. Don’t see it? Check your junk or spam folder. Enter the OTP and tap Next.
5. Create a new password that meets the required criteria.
6. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field, then tap change password.
7. After the password change successful, click Proceed to Log In.
Success! You’ve reset your password. You can now log in to your SIQO account with the new password.
Scenario B: You’re Logged In and Want to Change Your Password
1. Tap the user icon in the bottom right corner of the main page.
2. Tap Security under the Settings section.
3. Tap Change Password under the Security Settings section.
4. Enter your current password. After that, enter your new password, then re-enter it in Confirm Password.
5. Tap Pin Code to verify it.
6. Enter the Pin Code, then tap Verify Now.
7. After successful change the password, tap Confirm.
Success! Your password has been changed.
