How to Bind Your Account’s 2FA via Google Authenticator

Important: Before you begin, make sure you’ve downloaded an authenticator app such as: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile, or LastPass Authenticator.

1. Open the SIQO app and tap “Me” at the bottom right.

2. In the Settings menu, tap “Security.”

3. In the Security Settings, tap “Enable 2FA.” The system will automatically redirect you to the 2FA setup page.

4. Choose One of the Following Setup Options:

• Option A: Scan the QR code using your authenticator app.
• Option B: Copy the MFA key and add it manually in your authenticator app. Make sure to choose the Time-based option (as referenced in screenshot images).
  

      

5. After successfully adding the “SIQO” account in your authenticator app, copy the 6-digit verification code.

6. Return to the SIQO app and tap “Paste,” or manually enter the 6-digit code generated by the authenticator app into the verification field, then tap “Verify Now.”

7. You’ve successfully set up 2FA on your SIQO account. tap “Close” to finish.
