Troubleshooting: Unable to Receive Email Verification Code

If you're not receiving the email verification code from SIQO, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check Your Junk or Spam Folder

Emails may sometimes end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check there first to see if the code has been mistakenly filtered.

Step 2: Whitelist SIQO Email Addresses

To make sure you continue receiving important emails from us, whitelist our email addresses in your mail provider settings.

How to Whitelist in Gmail:
  1. Go to Settings in your Gmail account.
  2. Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  3. Select Create a new filter, then enter our domain in the “From” field.
  4. Click Create filter, then tick Never send it to Spam.
  5. Confirm to complete the whitelist setup.

Step 3: Avoid Multiple Requests in a Short Time

​​​Submitting multiple code requests too quickly can trigger a timeout from our email servers. If you still don’t receive the code, please wait 15 minutes before trying again.
