How to Disable Your Google Authenticator

AlertImportant: Disabling 2FA will reduce your account’s security. Only proceed if you have a valid reason and make sure your account remains protected.
1. Open the SIQO app and tap “Me” at the bottom right.

2. Tap “Security” to enter the security settings menu.

3. In the Security Settings, tap the "2FA".

      

4. The system will prompt you to verify using the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator.

5. Open Google Authenticator and tap the 6-digit code to copy it.

6. Return to the SIQO app and enter/paste the verification code.

      
After completing the above steps, the 2FA feature on your SIQO account has been successfully disabled.
